Events: Including but not limited to industry networking events, office openings, client and associate symposiums, and charitable events. Administrative support of events including all planning, attendee registration and communication, development of related collateral and event branding.
Collateral and Communication Fulfillment: Administrative support of collateral and communications for internal events, company meetings, advertisements, corporate initiatives, and client presentations
Promotional Items: Assist in management of company promotional items, including ordering, disbursement and maintaining inventory.
Market Research: Assists as needed with the collection of competitive analysis data and research for opportunity analysis and marketing list development.
Miscellaneous: Provides support for such other projects as may be requested and required by the Regional Director, Marketing.
Minimum of 4 years of college with a degree in Communication, Marketing or Business or an equivalent combination of education and experience for which similar knowledge and abilities could be acquired.
Prior experience in marketing, advertising and corporate promotional activities
Proficient level of computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of graphics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
