Description
This role is a key member of The Agency\u2019s Template Team, Aramark\u2019s in-house creative team focused on the development and delivery of high quality sales templates. We support the global salesforce\u2019s efforts to drive growth and win record levels of new business. The team is collaborative and dedicated to fueling the growth of the company. The Agency is based in Center City Philadelphia.
 
The Content and Brand Specialist contributes to the development and delivery of templated content for high quality business-to-business sales communication across a variety of Aramark businesses. This role requires strong writing skills, along with the ability to interpret the Aramark Brand, in order to transform internal content into externally persuasive messaging for sales materials. The Specialist is responsible for building productive relationships with business and functional teams to understand, develop, and curate core proposal and presentation materials to drive growth, win new business, and retain current client base. He or she will also effectively use and organize the team\u2019s content management system as it relates to core Aramark positioning as well as extended business- and- market-specific program positioning. 
 
Retention and new win templates are an important capability in the markets Aramark competes in, and being able to communicate Aramark programs, services, case studies, and other important facts is critical in providing the templates the sales teams need to effectively compete in the marketplace. Content and Copy Writer Specialist is a critical role in communicating what we do succinctly and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

Deliver effective business-to-business copywriting and translate business priorities into specific communications/content for a variety of sales materials, including sales proposal templates, presentation slide libraries, and case studies.
Through collaboration with the Aramark corporate and business unit marketing teams and partner agencies, execute selling communications that extend Aramark brand messaging, uphold the integrity of the Aramark brand, and drive growth.
Develop and maintain a subject matter expert network throughout the organization to ensure documents and content management system are relevant, accurate, and effective.
Maintain a productive partnership and collaborative relationship with the Brand teams to create a seamless bridge between corporate functions and the sales toolkits.
Utilize, organize, and update the content management database, as needed. Review knowledge base usage and apply results of analysis to drive improvement.
Ensure copy is consistent, professional, and meaningful throughout the document(s).

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following professional experience and skills:

Excellent writing skills with thorough attention to detail, demonstrated expertise in developmental editing and copyediting, and the capability to quickly understand, absorb, and shape large volumes of content for targeted, effective, and persuasive messaging.
Ability to think creatively and approach communications from new angles, to differentiate Aramark programs and the value of partnership.
Strong design sensibility that enables collaboration with graphic designers, to ensure copy and design work together for compelling messaging and clear communication of the sales value proposition.
Proofing and other quality-control capabilities.
Strong analytical, research, judgment, decisiveness, and problem-solving skills.
Expert project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment, while still maintaining quality of work and meeting deadlines.
5 years of copywriting and relevant professional experience in marketing communications (preferably business-to-business) and knowledge management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (proficiency in InDesign).

EDUCATION

Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in journalism, marketing, communications, or related field.
Writing samples will be required.
