As an Trading Coordinator you will assist Xaxis account teams through the entire digital campaign lifecycle, from building out budgets to analyzing trends upon a campaign\u2019s completion. You will use multiple interfaces to target audiences across various channels such as display and video.\u00a0You\u2019ll be responsible delivering budgets, drawing insights from data sets to optimize towards client KPI\u2019s, and solving problems for our clients. Responsibilities Grasp technical and conceptual understanding of programmatic landscape and buying, media math, audience buying and DSPs. Interact with multiple internal teams including client services, engineers, analysts and operations for setup and optimization. Participate in post-campaign analysis and reporting Complete insertion order process and ensure adherence to terms and conditions Handle cancellations and re-allocations in a timely manner Optimize campaigns within DSPs based on direction from programmatic implementation team. Work programmatic implementation team to ensure proper tagging setup Work with programmatic implementation team to respond to advertiser RFPs. Actualize monthly campaign and post-campaign spend Set up partner reporting via DART\/DFA Assist in the QA process at the launch of campaigns Qualifications Advanced computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint) Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing or related degree is preferred Familiarity with Technology and\/or software product management 1 year of experience in interactive media planning and\/or online ad network account management is highly desirable (internship experience is also considered) Prior experience with DART\/DFA, Sizmek or other ad serving technology preferred Experience with third party ad tags, conversion tracking pixels, floodlighting, piggybacking and reporting Problem solver with strong eye for detail Ability to work independently and collaborate as needed A keen sense of resourceful with a tenacity for learning the industry\/business Xaxis is the world\u2019s largest programmatic audience company that connects advertisers to audiences across all addressable channels.
