WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE:

Bachelor's degree in journalism, PR, English,communications, marketing, business, or related field required

5 years professional experience in marketing,corporate or brand communications roles supporting globally brandedorganizations

2 additional years of experience in lieu of adegree

Management skills including high-profilecommunications, strategic planning, budgeting and creative solutions

Demonstrated ability to communicate plans acrossa complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basis

Experience initiating and driving the ideationprocess contributing meaningful, innovative strategies to the business

Successful experience in working effectivelywith senior leaders and a demonstrated ability to provide guidance anddirection to peers

Experience leading employee events

Deep understanding of internal communications trends,channels and digital landscape with a digital-first mindset

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experienceusing Adobe Creative Suite, email management tools and content managementsystems

Exceptional written and verbal communicationsskills

Project Management experience in developing andexecuting project workbacks, timelines and budgets

Travel 5-10%

We are seeking an experienced Communications Manager who can help

manage and execute our Global Operations communications strategy.

The focus of the Global Operations Communications Manager role is to

elevate the Global Operations narrative, engage and inspire Global Operations

employees and amplify leadership messages.

The Global Operations Communications Manager role will require

internal communications, content creation, and ownership for employee

engagement experiences for Global Operations and supporting functions, with the

ability to influence and build relationships across the business. Above

all, this candidate will need a passion for sports and the Swoosh.

Responsibilities:

Define and develop integrated communicationstrategies, messaging and tactics to amplify the Global Operations andsupporting functions narrative internally and externally and engage, inspireand inform employees

Develop creative solutions that take ourinternal storytelling into new places, experiences and inspire GlobalOperations and Nike, Inc. employees

Create executive messaging and provide tacticalleadership communication support, managing internal and external approvalprocesses

Provide end-to-end all-employee meetings andsupport including event logistics and planning, content creation, presentationdesign, speaker training, scripting and pre- and post-event communications

Plan and execute employee appreciation events,functional award shows and Brand events

Work with Sports Marketing and EntertainmentMarketing for Athlete and entertainment engagements

Manage and execute content creation acrossprint, video and digital platforms

Write and edit content for campaigns, globalinitiatives, presentations, websites and videos

Coordinate all communications timelines anddeliverables 


Measure communications effectiveness throughqualitative and quantitative methods

Handle communications budgets and resource needs


Build credible relationships with team membersand business stakeholders

Create content and programs to connect andengage with remote workforce

Collaborate with Global Employee Communications andkey internal partners and stakeholders
