report into the Director of Internal Communication, and be part of the central communications team, inside the Global Marketing & Communications organization at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.

roactively manage existing channels while at the same time pushing the boundaries for new ways to communicate 
Work with cross-functional team 
and technology partners to champion the right mix of channels for effective employee communications that connect our employees and enhance their #LinkedInLife experience
evelop guidance for best practices, how-to guides and governance for internal channels to help us reach our employees in the most effective, relevant and inspiring ways
Manage and execute 
multiple communication channels and tools, including email/newsletter, digital signage, video, collaboration tools, visual storytelling and LinkedIn products
Produce weekly 
global newsletter, including sourcing and writing original content that meets our brand voice, and maintaining editorial calendar
measure and share reports on channel usage and effectiveness 
Partner with team to recommend and implement future channel strategy that aligns with business and employee communication needs
creative input and help execute initiatives led by the central communications team, including company all hands meetings and global awareness and employee activation campaigns; will fluctuate based on business and team priorities
Partner with our external communications team on how best to share external news 
inside the company
Monitor internal and external employee social posts for trends and sentiment 
and support internal activation of external social campaigns
Team operational support, as needed
Support crisis communications
Basic Qualifications
years relevant experience across project management, communications, marketing or a similar role
Preferred Qualifications
xperience successfully interacting with cross-functional teams and multi-region teams 
Strong analytical skills and interest in driving improvements through metrics and measurement
Knowledge of how to use Adobe photoshop strongly 
desired and/or graphic design skills
Experience working with teams t
o plan video scripts and manage informal video creation
Attention to detail, 
results-oriented, and a sense of humor (a bonus!)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
