DescriptionThe Rosemount Digital Marketing Agent for Latin America is responsible to guarantee the effectiveness of the d digital programs implemented for and in the region by creating, executing, monitoring, facilitating and removing roadblocks that can limit the effectiveness of the programs. Will be an active team member for global and regional groups either with Rosemount Division and Emerson. Will be an active listener of customer in social media, webpages, campaigns and any other digital channel. Responsibilities · Coordination and Design of Campaigns Design campaigns by coordinating with the Subject Matter Experts (Marketing Managers and Specialist for Latin America) the content, deliverables and elements required according to the campaign.Create, develop and deliver local campaign in coordination with the Marketing Teams.Replicate/leverage global campaigns in coordination with the Marketing teams, the Rosemount Director of Sales and Marketing in the region either Global team or from any other WA that produce a campaign that can be replicated in the region.Build the scorecards and dashboards that will allow a detailed and accurate follow up of the campaigns. · Execution of CampaignsCoordinate with the respective resources the translations of the content that will be utilized during the campaign.Coordinate any collateral needs that can be utilized for the campaign including white papers, videos, animations, proven results, microsites, landing pages, etc. by coordinating with subject Matter Experts and other resources available the accuracy of the content generated.Maintain and feed the scorecards and dashboards that will allow a detailed and accurate follow up of the campaigns.Act as a Campaign Executive for the selected campaigns, meaning to establish contact with customers, qualify the leads in a further stage. This will demand to know with a good level of detail the applications and products released on the campaign. In case that needs escalation, will leverage the Marketing Managers or the Marketing Engineers for that purpose.Load into CRM the Marketing Qualified Leads for sales person follow up. When CRM is not available, generate, feed and follow up report for follow up purposes.Follow up with the sales person the further steps after the lead is being accepted by the sales person. Manage the escalation process (if needed) with the sales person immediate Supervisor, with the Rosemount Marketing leader for the country, the Rosemount Marketing leader for Latin America and any other person needed. · Customer Digital ExperienceDrive the Online Stores to the excellence Manage and follow up existing e-commercial marketing channels and initiatives to strengthen our sales strategy. Lead, plan and prioritize online initiatives to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.Map and manage the implementation of new digital tools to facilitate sales force work among the region.Consolidate and implement the Make It Blue Initiative.Ensure the store contains the products that country requires. Evergreen process including accurate descriptions, pictures.Audit and validate that online store navigations is clear and smooth for customers. Control and update prices at the required frequency. Ensure time response frequency. If needed, generate the base proposal (model number) requested by the customers.Provide input on the strategic inventory required on the store. Maintain the online store dashboard and scorecard on the metrics required.Audit and monitor the websites related to Latin America for both Spanish and Portuguese and report to the team the need of changes when any issue or area for improvement is detected. Propose improvements for the customer related tools.Serves as the Lead Concierge for Emerson Process Management.Participate in social media, live coverage of events either listening, posting or collecting content.Support the digital marketing team with the Digital Transformation Project increasing the number of active people supporting Digital Initiatives.Monitor and analyze metrics (web, social media, permission marketing, campaigns) provided by the Digital Marketing Team · Sales Channel Digital Experience Monitor the utilization of the digital tools (hardware) to the sales channel (e.g. iPads) and coordinate the need of training on the tool if necessary.Train the channel on the utilization of the tool.Drive Communities utilization.Dose internal communication messaging (avoid saturation). Coordinate with EMR Digital Marketing, Rosemount Sales and Marketing Director and LATAM Specialists the content and resources to assembly the communications.Coordinate and manage the internal communications. · Other tasks required by the organizationOther tasks required by the organization.Serve as the Oracle Learn Administrator for Rosemount Latin America.Know and participate in Oracle Learn Instructor Led TrainingMigrate Existent Records to Oracle Learn. Degree in Communications with Marketing emphasis. B.S.
