Communications Manager – San Diego, CA\rThe team is responsible for creating and delivering timely information to a Global audience of more than 50,000 employees, including leadership messages, news stories on current trends and digital content. An early-career communications professional with an interest in project management, developing and distributing communications. This role offers both operational and creative support to the team.\r\rCommunications Manager Responsibilities\r· Manage related projects and programs\r· Draft communications, including emails, news stories, video scripts and social posts for an internal audience\r· Content review and simplification\r· Prepare metrics reports to help evaluate the effectiveness of communications and inform communication decisions\r· Adapt quickly and effectively when priorities shift; Introduces innovative methods for improving user experience.\r\r
Communications Manager Qualifications\r· Bachelor’s degree in communications, or 3 years’ equivalent experience in communications environment.\r· Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is essential.\r\rAdditional Skills\r· An ability to write and edit in a variety of styles and formats in a way that is engaging, grammatically correct, and appropriate\r· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Power Point, MS Power BI and Excel\r· Strong project management skills\r· Comfort with digital communication channels, including email, websites, presentations, social media, online meetings, and video; Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate\r· Ability to question content, simplify and provide recommendations and improvements.\r· Flexibility, a sense of humor, and adaptability to change; Works well independently and within a cross-functional WW team\r· Strong organization skills and attention to detail\r· Ability to self-motivate and multi-task\r· Work well under pressure in fast paced environment.
