Job Functions / Duties / Responsibilities :

We are looking for a talented Store Operations Specialist to join our team at our corporate office in downtown Fort Worth. •Work cross functionally on projects to ensure requirements are executable at a store level and that we are achieving desired goals from both a stakeholder and store perspective

•Research and analyze field work load and procedures

•Work cross-functionally to create and streamline processes related to field/store procedures and support

•Manage day to day activities involved in multiple projects and follow up on various actions that are required to resolve associated issues

•Act as a conduit between home office departments/personnel and the field

•Represent field interests on cross-functional projects and in meetings; work closely with identified teams to ensure new programs align with current priorities

•Develop project deployment plans that include full launch details and follow up/execution tracking components

•Work to align corporate team goals with field abilities and priorities, determine the best course of action to maximize success, including adjustments to original request such as introduction of new support tools or additional training and documentation

•Ensure implementation and execution of all ongoing projects, initiatives, new product rollouts, and programs

•Create compliance reporting to distribute to field management

•Utilize field and corporate resources to strategically improve store performance

•Create online reference and training material, memos, and other store operations communications for field personnel

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience (2-4 years Retail Store Management; 2 years Retail Operations)

•Thinking, analytical, management and leadership skills as well as credibility

•Good written and verbal communication skills

•Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

•Organized, able to prioritize, and manage time

•Ability to make decisions that affect a large number of field personnel throughout all channels

•Ability to build professional relationships

•Strong interpersonal skills

•Ability to create and implement procedures that impact the entire field organization including documentation, communication and follow-up
