The Digital Strategist team provides  exceptional client service and expertise across multiple domains of digital marketing in partnership with the Media and/or EDP sales organization, to support  the  client’s overall media strategy.  The Sr.  Director will be expected to  partner with key stakeholders across CAI to influence change. This includes ensuring proper account/relationship management, risk management, contract management, project management, performance and delivery of products and services under each program and serveing as a point of escalation.  This position is a model leader to the directly reporting team including mentoring and development coaching as well as indirectly across functional teams providing overarching vision. The Director of Digital Strategists works directly with Client Services, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Sales teams in order to create alignment around our largest install base.This position requires considerable skills in operational design, client experience and execution. Additionally the position requires strong skills in relationship management specifically applied to digital marketing for the automotive industry.  The successful candidate will be a highly experienced operational leader that in partnership with the sales team will understand and apply account management to dealers across the nation. The Sr. Director is responsible for assisting with the creation and ensuring adherence to expense budget as well as supporting revenue retention objectives. In additional to the responsibilities above, this position will serve as the site leader in Burlington VT. The incumbent will provide on site leadership to all Digital Strategists, provide in person presence with cross functional leaders,  and model the culture of excellent client service in the Burlington office. This leader will have the authority to fill in as the delegate of leader of client performance and will advise and make businesss decisions that are needed on a real time basis. Client and portfolio retention:  Responsible for partnering with sales to ensure the  entire team’s retention and product growth within their portfolio of clients to ensure maximum customer value and satisfaction. This will include building strong relationships with the clients and sales. Additionally this leader will execute workflows and engagement models to ensure client satisfaction. Leader will respond to client escalations, ensure quality of the digital marketers consultation with client, identification and resolution of weaknesses in existing customer relationship management proceduresAssist in the creation and communicate of all pertinent program metrics regularly to internal stakeholders and clientsAttend client service review meetings to review performance reports, as well as service improvement and revenue opportunitiesDevelop deep relationships with key contacts internally across the organization and exeternally with  dealerships within the portfolio to ensure client retention and growthPerformance Management: Provide guidance, leadership, and feedback to help the teams deliver the highest quality projects and services to the Dealer.com client baseProvide on site leadership to all Digital Strategists, provides in person presence for key meetings or working sessions with cross-functional leaders,  role modeling the culture of excellent client service.
