Responsible for helping develop and deliver quality product, brand, and process training for all Sales and Marketing employees; all Representative Agency partners; registered Showroom customers; and select other customer groups.

IO: Assist with event planning, setup and execution as needed.
IO: utilize Survey Monkey to setup new surveys for each event; analyze survey results and accumulate all survey results into master document. Provide insights and information to CLMs and EMM.
Delta: Convert all remaining standard presentations to the approved template. Update competitive, use fresh images, and adjust layout to match most current approved presentations.
Brizo: Convert all standard presentations to the most current format/template. Update competitive, use fresh images, and adjust layout to match approved presentations.
BIZ: Assist with the review of .biz training page information for update needs; integral part of team to transfer training information to new website platform
Execute statistical analysis of showroom associates in urban markets along with Impressionists in rewards program. Present results and insights to help team plan strategic programs to increase eLearning completions.
ROI tracking of all eLearning courses launched in last 12 months.
Monthly reporting on Showroom Associates completions; other reporting requests.
Troubleshoot showroom associate issues ( eLearning@deltafaucet.com mailbox).
Assist in proofing new courses / updated courses for typos, registration marks, transcripts vs. VO, etc.
Assist in proofing new / updated standard presentations for typos, registration marks, consistency, etc.
Execute special projects as needed.
Education and Experience/Skills:
The ideal candidate is working on a bachelor degree in Communications or English, preferably a Junior. This person will have strong written communication skills, proficiency Excel, Power Point and Word, keen attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
