Implement marketing campaigns by capturing and analyzing service line and program opportunities; prepare marketing strategies, plans, and objectives2. Generate persuasive and professional product and service line marketing materials3. Collaborate with design staff to produce exceptional promotional materials for print and digital4. Organize marketing activities for new product, program and service launches including web content, mailings, e-blasts, social media, webinars and videos5. Coordinate trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinate pre- and post-communication plans6. Assist leadership in developing an exceptional customer service experience7. Identify and create timely content for website, social media and customer newsletters8. Conduct research and analyze customer behaviors and needs (e.g. habits, trends, and preferences)9. Identify and analyze competitor activities10. Maintain knowledge of industry trends by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications11. Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to the position12. Build and sustain strong, effective relationships with peers in order to gain the necessary depth and understanding required to deliver effective marketing consultation and communications.Background RequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in marketing, communications, public relations, agency or related field required. Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical or physician marketing a plus.In-depth professional knowledge and practical\/applied expertise in strategic marketing. Excellent project management skills; strong verbal and written communication. Knowledge of best practices; demonstrated awareness of the industry, including evolving customer demands, healthcare marketing and the factors that differentiate the organization in the market. Capacity to work independently on a variety of projects, solve complex problems and provide a new perspective on existing solutions; exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple information sources. Capacity to impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within Marketing Communications team and project teams.
