Responsibilities
We seek an Assistant Project Manager for our Chicago office! The role of our Assistant Project Manager is to channel necessary information to the proper team in order to complete each individual project. Project managers will be working within a phase-based methodology where they are responsible for schedule and budget.
 
Our Assistant Project Manager is responsible for partnering and supporting Account Management, Planning, Studio and Creative on their assigned projects. Project managers are evaluated on proactively managing projects from brief to estimate/timeline to final production, and are a critical member of the team that will deliver the best possible solutions to our clients.
 
Responsibilities involve: 

Team Meeting Coordination
Schedules/Timelines 
Estimates  
Quality Control  

While we are currently working remotely, this position will ultimately be based in our downtown Chicago office.
Qualifications
Candidates will have a bachelor\u2019s degree in advertising, communications, marketing or related field and have a strong interest in project management. Prior internship or agency experience is a plus!
