Check out our video to see what our culture is like:  ****This position is responsible for the over-site of multiple apartment communities and ensuring the overall operations of the property run efficiently. Main job functions include marketing, resident relations, community management, financial reporting, and employee supervision.
This list of responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
Directly hiring, training, coaching, and counseling a staff of Property Managers.
Preparing annual budget for each property and assisting in monthly financial meetings.
Approval of advertising and marketing programs within budget schedule.
Regular review of market comparisons.
Review rental applications and lease forms for accuracy and compliance with application criteria, fair housing issues, etc.
Ensuring Property Managers maintain effective resident relations.
Monitoring and approving capital project throughout the year, periodic inspection of grounds, & making recommendations for repairs.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Highly organized and good attention to detail.
Great communication skills, both oral and written.
Values trust, integrity, and accountability.
High School degree or equivalent required; College degree in business, communication, marketing, or related field preferred.
Market rate experience
5-7 years of experience as a Property Manager.
Broker’s license preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Yardi or other related property management software experience preferred.
