This role is responsible for leading internal communications for the Baking Division (with brands like Toll House and Libby’s), the Finance function and the Center for Marketing Excellence. This role works directly with the President of Baking, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. He/she will lead the development and implementation of communications strategies that enable these organizations to effectively deliver business results. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Champion our cultural evolution to be more agile and passionate about innovation. You'll influence company leaders to embrace strategies and programs to cultivate consumer obsession and drive business resultsLead, develop and execute strategic internal communications programs that align with Nestlé’s corporate business priorities as well as shapes employee engagement and cultureProvide executive communications, counsel and execution for the President of Baking, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Marketing OfficerExecute quarterly town hall meetings or regular messages, as well as other employee events and communications, to ensure visibility to the company’s performance, progress and purposeCollaborate with the HR business partners of Baking, Finance, and Marketing on communications related to organizational structure, change initiatives and culture activationServe as the communications representative of enterprise-wide initiatives related these organizationsDraft communications including announcements, presentations, messages, talking points, emails, speeches, etc.Works cross-functionally to activate our new employee value proposition, Empowered to GrowServe as a team member of the Nestlé USA internal communications teamOther projects and responsibilities as assignedSUPERVISION RECEIVED:Direct supervision is given from the Director, Corporate Communications. Additional supervision is given by the VP, Corporate CommunicationsSUPERVISION GIVEN:No direct reports. May provide direction to partner communications agencies and/or temporary employees on an occasional basis','!*!REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:Bachelor’s degree in communications or related fieldEXPERIENCE:Minimum of 7 years in a communications role in a PR agency or a company (Internal Communications) of similar or larger size, in which responsible for managing communications for a specific function (i.e. Marketing, Finance, Strategy)C-Suite engagement experience is requiredExperience working on employee channel platform architecture strategy, including Facebook Workplace, Dynamic Signal, and Teams is a plusLEADERSHIPExecutive leadership characteristics with regard to: Communications, collaboration, integrity, critical thinking and ability to balance ambiguitySKILLS:Ability to connect business strategy to coordinated communications campaigns and tacticsWell-developed storytelling skills; ability to write quickly and clearly for consumer communications, social media, video, town halls, etc.Ability to collaborate with people at all levels, especially senior leadersEffectively balances pressures and demands from multiple clients and challenging prioritiesConfident, collaborative self-sufficient leader who has a passion for communicationsAmbitious attitude with excellent judgement, and the ability to drive coverage, conversation, engagement, and relevanceExcellent (and vigilant) editing and alignment skillsUnderstand nuances, comfortable working in gray areas – all with the highest personal integrity#LI-MS1','Marketing/Brand Management','US-VA-Arlington-Arlington','','Nestle USA','Full-time','','Ongoing','Manager, Internal Communications
