answering questions from license examiners, attorneys, insurance agents, employers, etc. (average of 60 calls per day);
informing the public about license requirements, documents needed, driver licensing fees, and other licensing information;
sending letter to individuals who have had their license suspended or revoked;
issuing driving records out of the office;
tracking licenses when they are surrendered;
administratively suspending licenses.
