Manager of Marketing Operations  Job Description:    Summary Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, is a leading provider of next-generation network access solutions for the mobile enterprise: ****.We are looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations to join our team.The Manager of Marketing Operations will be responsible of managing a newly launched Global Demand Center of Excellence. We at Aruba are presenting the opportunity to build an end to end demand generation engine from concept to fruition.As the Manager of Marketing Operations you will build systems and processes from the ground upYou understand demand generation and the needs of marketers and sales teams, and know how to create and optimize a robust demand generation engine that scales with the growth of the organization. You have technical expertise in launching a marketing automation platform and/or transitioning/migrating from a previous instance or platform. Finally, you strive for efficiency and know how to optimize processes so that marketing teams can focus on building and executing strategy.Responsible for driving marketing excellence and performance management efforts to provide operational processes, marketing policies, measurement, analytical model and actionable plan to maximize the return on marketing investment. May also provide database analytics and operational expertise to drive fact-based strategic and tactical planning, manage and execute marketing programs. Typical responsibilities include managing the marketing investment envelope, identifying business requirements, developing business marketing processes, managing complex marketing programs and campaigns, establishing executive dashboards, scorecard, other measurement tools, and developing infrastructure (such as MRM, CRM, EDW and other data warehouse) as needed to drive close loop marketing. Also responsible for developing and delivering marketing training and professional development and execution to maximize overall marketing productivity and effectiveness. Responsibilities :Work with marketing leadership to develop coordinated, enterprise-wide marketing automation strategy; own the marketing automation platform and drive towards continuous optimization.Create, optimize and standardize marketing automation processes across the organization: manage all of marketing operations including lead management processes and metrics, lead scoring, nurture, campaign tracking, marketing automation systems, database health, targeting and segmentation plans and alignment with sales operations.Develop standardized processes and programs that allow marketing team members and agencies to self-serve in the creation of complex, multi-stage automated marketing programs.Champion the quality of data. Develop and implement strategy for data governance (acquisition, validation, augmentation and enhancement) and ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of existing marketing database: process, standards, access control, documentation, etc.Support global and regional marketing execution efforts.Collaborate across marketing and sales operations teams across the broader HPE organizationRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or related field.Minimum of Eight (8) years of experience in high-tech, B2B marketing operations, marketing automation, campaign design, integrated marketing, or demand generation.Minimum of Five (5) years of experience administering marketing automation solutions and working with CRM systems; Marketo or Eloqua and Salesforce.com is preferable.Excellent communications skills; comfortable interacting and negotiating with team members and senior management.Willingness and ability to be hands-on and work as a key team player.Proven success on execution of strategies.Getting things done - quickly.Advanced statistics background or equivalent for analytical positions (advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or related degree with deep research background).Preferred Qualifications:MBALocation:Santa Clara, CAAruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise CompanyThe company designs and delivers Mobility-Defined Networks that empower IT departments and #GenMobile, a new generation of tech-savvy users who rely on their mobile devices for every aspect of work and personal communication.
