DescriptionThe Senior Specialist for Cardmember Communications leads the creative development of the cardmember facing communications white label solutions for go to market capabilities and lifecycle marketing. This role independently serves as the project manager from initial ideation through execution and delivery, working closely with the Marketing Communications and Creative Teams. The ideal candidate will be able to determine, contribute and manage the creation of communications materials through concepting, project management, and coordination with internal departments. The candidate must be able to interact comfortably with associates from all levels within the business. Responsibilities: • Leads the creative development of cardmember facing marketing communications content and white label solutions project for go to market capabilities and lifecycle marketing. • Partners with the Cardmember Communications Strategist in creating and delivering compelling and effective go to market and lifecycle marketing cardmember communication strategies by identifying key insights available data, primary and secondary research, and marketplace investigation. • Accountable to construct final best practice guides that articulate aligned strategies with guidance and oversight Strategist• Accountable for the project management of communication materials from initial ideation to execution and delivery of recommendations, serving as the SME on linking business intent to the creative output• Manages ad hoc cardmember communication requests through the Cardmember Communications inbox, ensuring a consistent voice and customer experience across all communications• Builds relationships and identifies business connections with internal teams in order to maximize efficiency• Partners with creative team to create and clearly articulate project needs, timelines, feedback from partners, and interpret revisions• Accountable to ensure all communications adhere to the established voice/tone/look standards• Accountable to ensure all communications have Compliance oversight• Accountable that all projects are reviewed for errors with extreme attention to detail to ensure accuracy• Oversees project estimates, budget, and administrative items• Works closely across Marketing Strategy to educate and enforce best practices within Alliance Data Card Services• Owns the Alliance Data Card Services Aspire brand reviewing and tracking that all materials are in-line with the branding guide• Owns the Cardmember budget including opening requisitions, tracking invoices, and reporting monthly spend Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or equivalent related education and/or experience required. • Minimum of 3-5 years communications and marketing experience. • Experience in Project Management/Account Services and able to support creative direction. Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: • Experience in supporting creative direction and providing detailed feedback• Must be able to synthesize information from multiple sources to make complex information digestible• Must be able to influence others including orchestrating project participants across multiple departments• Must possess outstanding project management skills and ability to multi-task, meeting expectations of on-time, on-budget, and error-free delivery• Must be driven to continuously identify new communication solutions• Ability to manage several projects with multiple components and make decisions relative to the project’s progress• Strong collaboration and partnering skills are required, with the ability to partner effectively with a variety of individuals on all organizational levels, serving as a marketing and communications consultant to internal partners• Must be highly proficient with project tracking tools, such as Appian, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint.
