In this Lowell, Massachusetts-based role, you will be responsible for managing our international public relations program. We are seeking a strategic thinker who will work in conjunction with corporate communications colleagues in the U.S., as well as international marketing and leadership teams to develop and execute PR and social media strategies and tactics to heighten awareness for our company and our products.RESPONSIBILITIESâ€¢Collaborate with corporate public relations, analyst relations, and regional marketing teams to formulate and execute strategy to raise awareness for Kronos in various regionsâ€¢Proactively manage PR agencies to identify trends and generate media coverage, press coverage, press releases, and other contentâ€¢Support creation of consistent, high-quality communication materials â€“ including press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, and social media posts â€“ to ensure consistency of messages in line with the go-to-market strategy within regionsâ€¢Build and maintain global portal to facilitate knowledge transfer with external international resourcesâ€¢Orchestrate thought leader campaigns in support of various corporate and regional objectives, leveraging The Workforce Institute (Kronosâ€™ think tank) in various regionsâ€¢Drive public relations, social media, and analyst relations strategy for news announcements and regional eventsâ€¢Collaborate with customer reference team to promote customer successes internationallyâ€¢Provide strategic counsel to international leadership/spokespeopleâ€¢Pursue regional speaker placements and company/product awardsâ€¢Work with social media team to manage international social media program and blogger strategyâ€¢Manage external resources to translate materials into relevant languagesâ€¢Track metrics regarding success of international public relations program
â€¢Minimum of 8 years of experience required, preferably high-tech public relations agency and corporateâ€¢Bachelorâ€™s degree in journalism/public relations/communications/international relations field requiredâ€¢Experience in media relations, spokesperson training, program execution, and integrating social media into campaignsâ€¢Success working with executives, cross functionally, and managing public relations agency resources from various culturesâ€¢Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and high attention to detailâ€¢Fluency in a language other than English is a benefitâ€¢25% travel
