Project manage key strategic or in-market campaign efforts to prepare, launch or measure a Canopy or mobile security product. Primary purpose is to drive the campaign process from strategy to planning, execution and post-launch analysis to meet campaign objectives and ensure tight alignment across all internal and external cross functional stakeholders and executing teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project manage key strategic or in-market campaign efforts to prepare, launch or measure a Canopy or mobile security product. for BU client campaigns, including stewarding the cross functional team through the GTM stages
Develop broad strategic knowledge of Canopy product portfolio and target markets, performance targets and strategic priorities to aid in educating cross-functional partners and coordinating their activity in support of Canopy projects
Lead multi-level cross functional teams to execute critical campaign elements or projects ensuring key activities are accomplished while not personally executing each. Areas of focus may include engaging with teams to execute brand and creative development, tactical or media plan development and execution, budget and forecast management, asset production and tracking and post-campaign analysis and continuous optimization
Execute key administrative elements of the process including creating, updating and distributing campaign timelines, roadmaps, planning documentation and briefs, integrated plan documentation, performance scorecards, execution checklists, etc.
Work with external brand and product partners to coordinate co-branded campaigns, asset exchanges and performance tracking; serve as primary coordinator between ADT teams and external partner teams ensuring internal executing teams have access to required personnel or assets from external partners.
Support program strategy efforts which may include conducting research, compiling program results, supporting pitch or other business development documentation, creating and maintaining product roadmaps, creating IT project requests, etc.
Work closely with ADT Canopy PMO to ensure timely project updates, milestone completion and partner/ADT stakeholder engagementEducation:
Bachelor Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related fieldExperience:
5-7 years experience in campaign/brand planning, go-to-market process planning and project management.
Experience working on a subscription-based brand and/or a technology-focused product brand.
Dual experience developing strategic plans while also executing tactical components.
Strong project management and analytical experience
Experience leading and managing cross-functionally in matrix-managed organizations and experience guiding advertising agencies and other Marketing vendors.
Retail and/or e-commerce experience and experience with consumer electronics, technology or start-up brands a plusSkills:
Knowledge of the marketing campaign planning process and how to drive cross-functional teams from strategic ideation to execution.
Ability to lead multi-level cross-functional teams with the with an internal partner-as-client approach.
Knowledge of general Marketing - to-Sales funnel (awareness -> targeted activity -> lead generation -> sales opportunity -> closed sale -> new customer -> existing customer) and ability to develop strategic plans to drive this funnel and translate funnel requirements to peer teams to enable their own deliverables (i.e. Marcom or Sales)
Familiarity with product life cycle planning and the ability to gauge market/customer needs, prioritize needs for Product Solutions team, support product trials and develop product launch plans.
Comfort with and ability to learn, speak, demonstrate and write about technical products and platform technology solutions.
