Johns Hopkins Home Care Group (JHHCG) is looking for an Assistant Director of Communications, Marketing and Sales to elevate awareness and positioning of JHHCG businesses. The Assistant Director oversees the day-to-day supervision and activities of the Marketing Communications Coordinator and Sales Manager by providing coaching, feedback, mentoring, corrective action, hiring and evaluation of performance. The Assistant Director also works to leverage the skills and capabilities of the Johns Hopkins Medicine Marketing and Communications department and system colleagues. S/He measures the impact of strategic, external and internal marketing, and communication plans/strategies that align with the shared mission objectives and management goals of JHHCG. This position reports to the JHHCG Vice President of Strategic Alignment, Business Development and Marketing with dotted line reporting responsibility to the Senior Director of Interactive Marketing for Johns Hopkins Medicine.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field is required.

• Master's degree preferred.

• Requires a minimum of 7 years of progressive management responsibilities leading marketing, sales and/or communication teams. Healthcare experience preferred.
