Description Weber Shandwick is looking for an account leader with experience managing integrated programs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for thinking across channel and discipline to manage integrated programming that is strategically rooted in our clients\u2019 businesses, and brought to life through creative activations. You\u2019ll participate in new business development, engage with clients and colleagues around the world, help develop junior team members, and establish trusting relationships with clients. Essential Leadership Competencies and Attributes: A proven track record of integrated account management and program execution. Ability to intelligently navigate earned, owned, and paid channels, and confidently make strategically sound recommendations to benefit the client. Demonstrated ability to quickly win client confidence and assume day-to-day management of significant ongoing projects\/work streams. Build a strong team that delivers for the client, managing down, up and across to other practice groups or specialty capabilities in the Weber Shandwick network for the good of the client. Ability to guide and direct junior team members to produce high-quality work and manage workloads. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building strong relationships across the agency\u2019s strategic planning, creative, and functional disciplines to successfully develop integrated client programs Building strong peer-to-peer relationship with clients Putting integrated communications plans into action with support of an account team Balancing workload between accounts and account staff Effectively managing account priorities and activity against a defined budget Preparing for and leading client meetings and presentations Providing on-site leadership at client and agency events and conferences Participating in and helping lead new business activities Qualifications Qualifications BA or BS in Journalism, Business, Communications or related degree Proven success in delivering communications results for B2B technology companies (Agency-side experience a big plus, but not essential.) Strong verbal and written communications, team management and client management skills What\u2019s in it For You?
