Manager, Digital MediaDigital Media LeadThe Digital Media Lead will report to the VP, Media Strategy in the Marketing Department. The media team manages Paneras paid media efforts in conjunction with planning/buying agencies. The Digital Media Lead specializes in holistic and strategic digital media planning, optimization and analysis.Successful candidates must possess the ability to forge close working relationships with internal marketing teams and agency partners. Planning skills, written and verbal communication, relationship-building, accuracy, problem-solving, attention to detail and ability to handle complexity are all key position requirements critical for success in this role.Accountabilities: Internal subject matter expert for digital media, with primary focus on paid search (SEM), performance/programmatic digital & performance social.o Partner with agency to provide digital media strategy, trend analysis/marketplace evaluation and insights to internal media team and marketing partnerso Develop digital learning agenda, with quantifiable benchmarks, goals and deliverableso Align digital recommendation with overall business objectiveso Experienced with all paid digital platforms such as programmatic (DCO), mobile, video, paid social, location-based digital and SEM.o Critical judgement, analysis and optimization of paid digital performance o Analysis of new beta tests & new platforms/vendorso Participate in designing, executing & measuring digital testso Strong ability to forecast and plan for digital channels alone plus understanding the role of digital in conjunction with other media channelso Work with creative teams to ensure CTA, URLs and other development/trafficking efforts align per digital efforto Influential partner, trusted advisor and subject matter expert across channels and teams Agency managemento Manage an external agency to drive results, implement best practices and communicate internal askso Be the main point of contact for prioritization on digital agency taskso Facilitate communication between agency, internal media team and external partners Personalization, Measurement & Analyticso Analysis of media measurement, media attribution and/or media mix modelingo Oversee CRM use for advertisingo Collaborate with 1:1 (Loyalty) team to lead integration of ad-tech & mar-tech.o Develop insights & analysis while campaigns are live to provide actionable optimizationso Partner on reporting with internal media team and agencyo Utilize Multi-Touch attribution platform for agency and internal alignment on optimizations and resultso Work with IT team to ensure sites & apps are properly tagged and address any tagging concernsQualifications: High energy self-starter with natural curiosity. Exceptional analytical skills Leader of strategic and profitable use of digital media Strong detail orientation; strives for timeliness and accuracy Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure. Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional project management skills Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration or communications 5 years of digital media experience within a marketing department or agency-side Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Occasional travel Position can be filled in either Needham, MA or St. Louis, MOSaint Louis Support Center
