You will become extremely knowledgeable in mobile location-based advertising, while taking a deeper dive into communications and PR for a B2B technology company. You will also learn how to work in a professional environment and have ample opportunity to network with industry leaders and other professionals in the advertising community.
Support the Communications team in promoting GroundTruth through earned and owned channels.
Assist the Senior Manager, PR and Communications in copywriting for the company blog and social media channels.
Brainstorm and develop PR materials, including pitch angles, press releases, and other creative story ideas with the team.
Maintain and update list of thought leadership events and relevant awards, helping to coordinate submission process.
Track and report on relevant business and industry trade news.
Support other initiatives of the wider marketing team as needed.
Currently enrolled in a four-year college, preferably a rising Junior or Senior.
Majoring in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field.
A self-starter that takes initiative.
Extremely organized and detail oriented.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly and outgoing.
Strong written and research skills.
Past work or internship experience that included writing preferred.
Outgoing and self-motivated personality.
The ability to work autonomously and as a member of the team.
