We are a multi-million dollar privately held corporation that offers a competitive salary and benefit package. The Videographer will develop and create visual storytelling across multiple platforms to engage and entertain audiences and support the company’s mission, marketing and strategic goals.
Work with the Marketing and Sales teams/CEO to create presentations.
Record, edit and splice videos for production.
Assist Social Media team with images for Social Promotions and/or posts for Social Media platforms
Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers
Oversee all media equipment and maintenance
Occasional travel to conventions and trade shows across the country
Obtain images for use in Online listings and promotional materials (either via stock images or Photography collateral)
Must be able to work collaboratively with brand and digital marketing teams, interdisciplinary teams, executive management, IT, designers, developers and writers.
Liaise with external digital design and technology partners for a variety of needs.
Maintain the integrity of the brand in all projects, as well as contributing to moving the brand forward into new ideas and innovations while servicing the changing needs of the company.
Responsible for quality assurance of all projects, with a strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the level of distinction that is the benchmark of the brand.
Ability to crop images, manipulate simple graphics, maintain content creation and content entry as needed.
Maintains project schedules, job lists and creative campaign production queue. Highly skilled at organization of thought and project execution.
Manages project resources to efficiently and effectively complete tasks within a deadline.
Must be able to quickly and accurately assess, and transition accordingly, priority of projects based on both direction from management and personal judgment.
Ability to incorporate direction from interdisciplinary teams into the production of creative campaigns to improve usability and effectively meet established success metrics.
Ability to draft marketing and advertising copy.
Responsible for administrative duties as needed.
Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Film or equivalent experience and education.
Six or more years’ experience in story telling via videography.
Experience with advanced multimedia storytelling techniques on multiple platforms.
Exceptional core video-journalism skills, including a high command of video, sound, camera, lights, computers and software used to produce visual and audio journalism is required.
Knowledge of social media and how to engage audiences on digital platforms in the public space is essential in to this role.
