The Corporate Communications Specialist will join the Global Corporate Communications team and be responsible for supporting internal and external communications to promote and advance a variety of Watts Water Technologies initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Develop, write, and edit internal emails and articles, contributing to weekly news emails and moreu00a0 Develop and execute creative ways to deliver messages through video and other rich media Partner and collaborate with other departments as needed to support effective communication Collect, create, and post content to Watts internal communications channels, including the Companyu2019s Intranet Support Creative Communications by publishing engaging employer branding and philanthropy content to the Companyu2019s social media channelsu00a0 Provide event support, including the bi-annual global leadership conference and quarterly employee meetings Perform other administrative tasks to support department goals (e.g. Intranet maintenance, data analysis and reporting) EDUCATION: Bacheloru2019s degree in journalism, English, communications, or public relations is strongly preferred. MANAGEMENT: Position reports to Andrew Ravens, Director of Corporate Communications EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: 2-4 yearsu2019 experience in Corporate Communications or Public Relations environments Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Basic SharePoint and Adobe Creative Suite experience a plus Experience with creating graphics, videos, photo editing, and photography a plus Must be able to work in a deadline-driven environment, work under pressure on multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing deadlines and priorities A team player and a hands-on, can-do attitude are a mustu00a0 *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear.
