Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the development and implementation of all WD Field Sales and COE training and communications, including Quarterly Playbook, collaborating with the product and strategy teams for content and presentation development. Reinforce throughout the quarter with follow-up communications and modification of content as necessary within the quarter. Oversee the Sales Huddle Program with content, scheduling and training support for the Region Field Sales Channels. Determine appropriate design and product messaging and review final development tactics. Manage vendor relationships with multiple projects including, timelines, priorities and budgets. Has overall responsibility for developing and administering performance standards for organizational unit.

Core Responsibilities:

-Collaborates with appropriate personnel to execute the Quarterly Playbook Training that reflect the Division's quarterly focus determined by the product and strategy teams.

-Manages the creative development of all marketing tactics for Sales Huddle Programs and Playbook Training

-Develop and implement a Division wide Sales Huddle Program that reflects the needs and direction of the Regions,

COE's, Division.

-Consults with the Director regarding strategy, content, design and production of all materials and is responsible for ensuring accuracy of content before being communicated.

-Provides leadership and direction to Sales and Marketing communications personnel, and develops and implements appropriate methods, practices, policies to guide work.

-Serves as liaison between Marketing Communications and Vendor Relations (and additional necessary parties) to ensure project goals, timelines, and budget parameters are maintained.

-Develops and implements mechanisms for response analysis to determine ROI on selected campaigns and programs.

-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

-Sales training experience required

-Project management with control of a P&L or budget required

-Experience delivering presentations to large groups of people and senior leaders

Education Level-Bachelor's Degree

Field of Study-Communications/Public Relations or Equivalent

Years of Experience-Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
