What you'll do (Responsibilities)

The Deloitte Digital Webmaster will work with the Deloitte Digital CMO, Portfolio Marketing Leader and broader Deloitte Digital marketing team to oversee web strategy from design and development to enhancement and optimization on an ongoing basis. In this role, your responsibilities will include the following:

Serve as product owner of the US Deloitte Digital website (deloittedigital.com), including initiating and managing redesign and development efforts from business requirements collection through launch; oversee and advise on web strategy, including design and development projects, content creation and production, and site optimization

Collect business requirements across business, marketing and communications leadership, and drive the development of a strategic roadmap for web enhancement and planning, including short- and long-term goals and KPIs

Translate business requirements into technical requirements that elevate web architecture, design and functionality and enable business development and marketing demand generation efforts

Ensure development, design and content milestones are delivered on time and reported to leadership, and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure requirements and brand standards are met; work with global technology teams to problem-solve technical/maintentance issues

Triage requests for redesign, development, and site architecture updates and initiate projects with appropropriate technology or content teams as needed

Perform periodic website audits and analysis to measure performance, relevance, accessibility compliance, and competiveness in the market, and recommened content, design or development updates as needed

Measure ongoing site performance with Adobe Analytics, providing appropriate marketing or content teams with data insights and recommending site updates as needed

Oversee Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy and ensure efforts are consistently embedded in campaign development and execution efforts

Qualifications | Required:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, user experience, information technology, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience)

8 years experience in digital project management/marketing/advertising/technology/UX

Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & Adobe Analytics

Extensive experience withcontent management systems (AEM preferred)

Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

Qualifications | Preferred:

Experience working in a creative / marketing-oriented industry

B2B professional services experience across multiple functions / business units

Deep technical knowledge and proven success in partnering on website production / development

Proven expertise in optimizing online content strategy via web properties to drive business results

Team-oriented approach, with ability to take initiative, prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting expectations and deadlines

Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills

Outstanding interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Track record of website analytics driven site optimization (Adobe Analytics preferred)

Strong knowledge of SEO ranking factors and best practices

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $219,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
