OverviewnUW Credit Union is growing and hiring a new Digital Marketing Manager to join its team! Excited?! If you are someone who easily takes initiative, applies attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture vision and can multi-task in a high-paced environment then this is the role for you! n nAs the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and supporting paid digital advertising and digital marketing programs that educate, build brand awareness, and generate demand for existing and new products and services. You will do so by leading and supporting a team of digital marketers and digital agency partners who are accountable for maintaining ****paid social media, ad management on secure digital banking and mobile app, execute campaigns across a wide array of channels, and so much more! When you are not working on the day-to-day operations, you are developing your direct reports, analyzing data and performance results that support strategy recommendations made to Digital Marketing Strategy Director, and keeping an eye on trends and what the competition is doing to ensure UWCU continues to maintain its position as an industry leader in the digital space! nResponsibilitiesnDemand Generation Management u2013 40% nn Oversee and manage partner relationship with digital media agencyn Manage the day-to-day operations of the paid digital media program, including planning and executing all web, SEM/SEO/PPC, etc.n Implement new member acquisition, retention, and traffic-driving campaigns across paid, owned, and earned digital channels.n Drive, build, and execute integrated paid social media strategy across brand and product campaigns including multi-ad formats, sponsored content as well as custom audience creation, look-a-like modeling, first party targeting and content amplification. n Evaluate emerging technologies and strategies to help expand our digital footprint. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.n Execute bid management strategies align performance with KPIs and established goals in partnership with digital agency.nnDigital Program Management u2013 30% nn Conducts reporting for assigned channels and campaigns, delivers actionable insights to cross functional team to drive campaign optimizations, based on key KPIs. n Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on the insights. Plan, lead, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.n Analyze marketing activity against sales and overall marketing goals to ensure success and growth for the company and products and services.n Manage assigned campaign and channel budget - ensuring objectives are achieved within budgetary limits. Reconcile monthly budget across all digital paid channels. n Execute and ensure regulatory compliance.n Implement operational efficiencies and process improvement across digital team. n Work with direct reports on leading and overseeing digital strategies and tactics that support existing and new products and services.n Participate in and contribute to UW Credit Unionu2019s Marketing Way process of planning, executing, and evaluating integrated campaigns.nnPartnership Relationships u2013 15% nn Meet with internal and external partners to provide status updates on projects, and proactively provide recommendations and solicit feedback to ensure strategic and tactical support for programs. Understanding of division business initiatives, annual plans, and KPIs. n Forecast workload volume to ensure availability to meet demands and establish priority guidelines and negotiate timelines with partners.n Work collaboratively across the Marketing division and with vendor partners. n Act as primary liaison with Internet Services team to ensure alignment of digital experience across all delivery channels.nnLeadership Expectations u2013 15% nn Work with Human Resources and senior management to select and retain highly engaged employees.n Interpret and communicate organizational purpose, critical measures, strategies and progress as it relates to the department and individual team member goals and success. Cascade information.
