Job Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for deployment and daily management of franchisee and local marketing, advertising, and community relations to drive sales acquisition and customer retention efforts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the development of comprehensive local marketing plans that will effectively and efficiently drive sales growth
Collaborate to drive flawless execution and effective integration across key stakeholders, including franchisees, operations managers, real estate & development, and finance/legal/analytics partners
Develop relationships across franchise system to gain support and drive returning and new sales opportunities for Take 5 franchisees
Oversee daily deployment of comprehensive grand opening and conversion plans that will effectively and efficiently drive traffic and sales growth
Oversee daily deployment of comprehensive local market marketing and media plans.
Provide support of advertising, promotion, and retention programs supporting the brand and products at the local level
Serves as the first line of engagement with our community partners as it pertains to partnerships, sponsorships and community engagement
Manage and execute local initiatives, events and projects in a timely and thoughtful manner
Develops and facilitates strategy, decision and execution of local investments
Hold one-on-one communications with DMAs and franchisees across system to communicate local marketing and media plans
Work closely with operational managers in the specific regions to ensure all centers have appropriate information on marketing and media plans
Understand weekly and monthly sales data to inform local marketing and advertising plans and provide recommendations or adjustments to maintain strong sales growth opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, communications, economics or related field
3 years of relevant experience; Strong marketing background with proven results
Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written
Able to speak effectively in interpersonal situations
Strong marketing background
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) skills
Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and organizational abilities
Proficient problem-solving skills – ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
Self-starter that excels in a performance driven environment, detail-oriented
Collaborative working style to interface with marketing team and partners
Ability to create and deliver presentations to franchisees and senior level management
