What you'll do:
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external Talent communication strategies for internal stakeholders, including Deloitte's Talent Awards program and Learning & Development organization
Deliver engaging, effective, and innovative Learning and Development communications campaigns and messaging that engage our professionals and help them develop, grow, and succeed at every stage in their career.
Complete external awards applications, showcasing why Deloitte is a leader in creating an exceptional talent experience that focuses on the day-to-day lived experience of our people.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to produce clear, consistent, and creative communications that drive strategic Talent objectives.
Manage Talent communications campaigns, create high-impact internal and external deliverables, and recommend strategic channels for amplifying messages.
Contribute to a fast-paced, high-performing team by sharing leading communication practices.
Maintain professionalism, privacy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Communications professional with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience
A bachelor's degree (preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations, Corporate Marketing, or Journalism) is required
Proven success in developing and executing internal and external communication strategies for a large matrixed business, preferably in professional services
Strong writing and editing skills, knowing how to say more with fewer words
Experience in successfully managing and delivering sensitive, crisis, and executive communications requests
Ability to work independently, thrive in a virtual environment, and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders, including the most senior leaders
Previous experience managing corporate award applications and/or learning & development communications preferred but not required
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
