Job Overview: This position serves as a liaison between Marketing organization, E-commerce Product Management, Creative and other cross-functional departments to ensure all deadlines & requirements are met from inception to final delivery of creative assets. The Associate Manager plays a key role in the overall accountability for managing site enhancements & multilayered projects for the Creative team Essential Functions: • Effectively collaborates and acts as a liaison with Creative, Marketing, Site Merchandising and other relevant internal and external stakeholders. • Articulate current state business processes, identify gaps or pain points in the workflow and identify future system needs. • Status Reporting: Provided weekly, monthly status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, managing risk and issues. • Troubleshoot daily operations to expedite resolutions and achieve department goals. • Leads the socialization of the product vision at all levels of the organization & departments and participates in the training and development of new enhancements to the site. Qualifications: Education/Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Communications or Computer Science preferred. • 3-5 Years Prior work experiences or related internship in internet, retail, marketing or advertising. • Strong organizational and time management skills are required. • Proficient working knowledge of MAC, PC, and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and database tools is required. Communication Skills: • Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills. Reasoning Ability: • Flexible, ability to multitask and problem solve multiple requests simultaneously. • Aptitude for finding creative solutions to complex problems. Physical Demands: • This position may involve stooping, kneeling, climbing, crouching and lifting up to 20 lbs., as well as regular walking, standing, hearing, and talking. • Requires ability to distinguish color, involves close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Other Skills: • Ability to work independently as well as part of a Team. • Ability to implement and follow documented procedures and guidelines. • Ability to identify problems, their scope and put preventative resolution plans in place. • Ability to understand the overall business, brand and marketing objectives, proactively contributing to its evolution and success. • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills: ability to exhibit diplomacy when handling difficult situations.
