Responsibilities include successfully working a database full of leads by telephone and conducting appointments with the ultimate goal of having prospects select our community to call home. To achieve this, you will utilize proven sales strategies as well as implement your own creative strategies in order to advance the sale. Excellent communication, follow-up and listening skills are required as well as passion for working with older adults in this relationship-based sales role. If you have the ability to multi-task, want to work in a fast-paced environment, improve the lives of others and enjoy highly rewarding and generous compensation, plan, we want to hear from you.
The right candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business or Marketing. Have familiarity with a CRM tool for lead management and be proficient with computers. Past senior housing sales experience, preferably in a life plan community is high preferable.
