Looking to join a growing team with a passion for brand storytelling and community engagement? We’re hiring a Marketing Specialist to develop and execute brand, community, retail and product marketing strategies for EmblemHealth and AdvantageCare Physicians. Your role will be hands-on and highly collaborative; responsibilities on a given day may include visiting one of AdvantageCare Physicians’ retail locations to direct a photoshoot, attending a strategy workshop with EmblemHealth’s brand agency, or developing marketing assets with EmblemHealth’s design team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with at least two years’ marketing experience who is organized, collaborative and equally comfortable writing creative copy as they are managing detailed project plans.\r
Accountabilities:* Develops and executes multi-channel marketing plans with a focus on supporting sales, increasing retention and driving site traffic to EmblemHealth and AdvantageCare Physicians’ retail locations.\r
• Works closely with EmblemHealth Sales, Product, AdvantageCare Physicians and other teams to refine strategies and positioning for brands, products and services.\r
• Strategically position and maximize EmblemHealth’s organizational assets, including but not limited to EmblemHealth Neighborhood Care and EmblemHealth Pharmacy.\r
• Develops creative and copy for marketing assets in collaboration with internal and external partners, including marketing agencies and EmblemHealth’s in-house design team.\r
• Partners with EmblemHealth’s community marketing agency and to manage and expand EmblemHealth’s brand ambassador and community influencer program. Leverage word-of-mouth and testimonials to bolster brand awareness and favorability.\r
• Manages detailed project plans and communicates marketing plans, campaign results and recommendations to key stakeholders.  \r
• Develops and refines creative and strategy briefs. Synthesizes and provides constructive, actionable feedback to agency partners.\r
• Monitors and tracks campaigns, optimizing results for maximum return-on-investment.\r
• Coordinates review and approval of marketing materials by Legal, Compliance and other key stakeholders. Ensures all materials adhere to Speak Human, EmblemHealth’s plain language initiative, and EmblemHealth and AdvantageCare Physicians’ brand guidelines.\r
Knowledge, skills & Abilities:* Outstanding communications skills, with the ability to write strategically and creatively.\r
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to think big picture.  \r
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound business and strategic judgement.\r
• Strong team player, leader, self-starter and positive catalyst.\r
• Ability to run results-orientated campaigns simultaneously across multiple products.

Job Requirements
Education & Experience:* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business.\r
• Minimum two years’ experience in marketing.\r
• Health care experience is not required, but the ideal candidate will have a passion for learning about the industry.\r
