Whether it be creating bold health movements, launching new products or revitalizing brands, this practice has been at the helm of some of the most relevant and newsworthy campaigns over the last decade.\u00a0 Wellness 360 client\u2019s span across the health sector, as well as non-profit advocacy, food, nutrition, beauty, tech and other consumer brands. The ideal person will be interested in health and wellness and all that is happening in our culture to impact the way people view and manage their health.\u00a0 Responsibilities:\u00a0 Oversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence Play major role in creation of communications plans and goals; manage against them Serve as daily client contact and act as client lead when appropriate; address client issues thoughtfully and effectively Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content Build relationships with third-party influencers and internal business partners to meet client needs Demonstrate tactical proficiency in media relations, including creating and driving both traditional and social media outreach plans, as well as proactively pitching media outlets on an ongoing basis Supervise staff by motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable and conducting their reviews\u00a0 Contribute to business growth through introducing clients to new capabilities, building network of industry contacts and participating in relevant professional organizations Commit to continuous learning and improvement of leadership skills; set and pursue stretch goals Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Edelman\u2019s values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct BasicQualifications: The accountsupervisor must have at least four years of relevant experience in publicrelations and\/or related fields including research, advertising, managementconsulting, media and publishing. PreferredQualifications: The accountsupervisor should have a bachelor\u2019s degree in a related field and a provenability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously. S\/heshould be able to develop communications plans, implement public relationstactics and impart knowledge to more junior team members. S\/he should havestrong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills, perform wellunder pressure and be a team player.
