The Account Executive - IgG position requires specialized knowledge of all IgG product lines and leads in the development and growth of referrals in this area. Works closely with clinical operations personnel and other account executives in relation to strategic planning processes to create profitable sales with a focus on cultivating business as it relates to specific patient populations. The job requires a focus on developing relationships with industry stakeholders such as physicians, managed care organizations, clinical program directors, hospitals and others. The IgG Specialist acts as an advocate for the company’s infusion programs and provides education for healthcare professionals.
Works directly with referral sources to cultivate new business and increase the company’s IgG census base
Maximize referrals from existing sources and develops new referral sources
Establishes necessary frequency of calls to various accounts
Develops a sales plan and makes proper marketing decisions that are in line with company expectations
Works with referral sources to act a liaison as it relates to gathering medical documentation for patients referred as required by various payor sources to obtain authorization and payment of services.
Presents in a professional image at all times and maintains a mature, self-confident attitude and demeanor.
Develops a sales and marketing plan to be reviewed by the District Sales Manager
Assists in the development of design and layout of targeted promotional materials
Constantly enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry as it relates to the specialty sales focus.
In partnership with Sales and Marketing and Managed Care, develops strategies designed to maximize profitable growth and achieve revenue targets while working to help assure company services deliver superior value to all customers.
Maintains an organized environment that promotes employee productivity and team spirit.
Maintains an active customer base and collects data necessary to perform the job and be successful.

Works with clinical operations to help select the most appropriate product from both a clinical and profitability standpoint.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, public relations, life sciences, business administration or related field.
A healthcare or pharmaceutical manufacturing background is desirable and prior sales experience necessary.
Must have flexibility during explosive growth stages and be creative, innovative and dedicated to the success of the company.
Must be a self-starter and organized individual.
Demonstrates good interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong understanding of each specialty product and stays current with new indications of use.
