Will set the organization\u2019s strategic fundraising agenda to achieve and exceed its revenue goals through the solicitation of individual, corporate and foundation support and grants. Will manage communications activities that promote, enhance, and protect the organization\u2019s brand reputation and be responsible for the development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of public relations activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of the organization and its leadership. The goal is to advance the organization\u2019s position with relevant constituents, as well as to drive broader awareness and donor support for the organization. VMM\u2019s varied and integrated communications products and services include newsletters and other print publications; Web, E-news and other online communications; media and public relations; and marketing. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field plus two (2) years\u2019 marketing or related experience in industry or business; equivalent education\/experience will be considered. Work history will show experience in Internet marketing, and\/or campaign management. Excellent writing skills necessary.
