The Marketing Strategy Manager - Latin America will lead consumer direct efforts and will be responsible for the evolution, deployment and optimization of the consumer channels that drive the Latin America business for Disney Parks. In addition, the Marketing Strategy Manager will leverage consumer insights to develop and implement strategic marketing communication programs and brand initiatives to build awareness, enhance the brand and drive incremental visitation from the Latin America market. Responsibilities will also entail leading multi-discipline team members in developing and implementing integrated marketing plans and acting as a liaison with cross-functional partners in the development of growth opportunities. This role will require close attention to detail and legal compliance by market.
Create project plans, strategic briefs and partner with various areas to deliver project and tactics
Work closely with digital and measurement teams to obtain performance data and make it actionable
Analyze and interpreting data to identify strategies and business opportunities
Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Technology, Digital and Legal
Maintain a high-level understanding of marketing trends
Deliver innovative ideas and programs to move the business
Be highly proactive about managing projects, meeting deadlines, thinking ahead and preparing contingency plans accordingly
Basic Qualifications :
Experience in strategic planning, project management and marketing communications
Minimum 3 years related experience
Strong knowledge of the Latin America market
Demonstrate leadership with cross functional teams
Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining cross function relationships
Demonstrate ability to interpret data analyses and draw marketing implications from research and consumer insight
Strong presentation and influence skills
Demonstrate ability to partner with and influence others
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fluent in Spanish
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous work experience in Marketing Strategy, Consumer Package Goods Brand Manager, Advertising Account Manager, Business/Program Manager
Fluent in Portuguese
Required Education :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Equivalent
Preferred Education :
MBA or Equivalent
