We’re looking for someone who is energetic, a passionate employee advocate and unafraid to try new things. You are a creative and well-organized team player that can easily make connections with a variety of internal stakeholders as you help VMware’s 20,000 employees to feel informed, engaged and connected.As part of the Integrated Storytelling team, you will report to the Global Communications Managing Editor.Responsibilities:Capture and promote the unique VMware “employee voice” that represents our strong culture and values and leads to increased sense of community, pride and belonging across our employee populationHelp execute the digital roadmap for employee engagement, including managing content for VMware’s intranet portal, mobile/social applications and digital signage.Lead the internal communications editorial council and calendar to ensure a clear content management process that supports top business priorities and our corporate narrative.Partner closely with the Global Comms Managing Editor, Global Employee Comms team and other content developers across the company to filter and prioritize content submissions; manage content packaging and visual imagery; oversee content governance and positioning.Partner with the Senior Manager of Channels to lead the internal digital metrics program, designed to measure impact and employee / manager engagement.
