Temporary Creative Coordinator: Brand Rollout
Senior Director of Brand Marketing & Partnerships
Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week for 6 months
Coordinates, catalogs, organizes, and governs the process to update graphic and written assets to align with the brand's upcoming visual and verbal identity rollout in the form of brand assets, marketing materials, graphics, templates, video files, and more.
The Creative Coordinator is responsible for handling the process to update the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s creative assets, files, and projects; developing the plan and process for sourcing the existing files for these assets from multiple departments and programs, and collaborating with the Brand Marketing and Creative Studio teams on the reboot of these assets. This role is equally skilled in working with people, processes, and multiple file formats. The Creative Coordinator is highly collaborative and works across the organization with various teams and departments.
In collaboration with the Senior Director, Brand Marketing, create a process for identifying, tracking, and updating materials and assets across various departments at the National **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
Build and maintain upload process, file naming standards, and file cataloging structure and processes.
Collect files and assets from national **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. sources; create timeline for updating each in accordance with the Creative Studio's workflow and the range of deadlines that the revised templates and assets are needed.
Build brand update request process for internal users.
Promote correct use of brand assets with internal teams via internal communication channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure materials for all communications, promotions, digital assets, etc. utilize the updated brand guidelines.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
B.A./B.S. degree in Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years professional experience with project management, creative management, marketing, branding, media, advertising, or closely related field.
Demonstrated skill and ability to develop and successfully implement a strategic plan for updating organizational assets. Superb communication skills.
Excellent collaborator. Able to work with multi-functional project teams and able to work multiple projects at one time with multiple partners. Project management, internal client service skills and an abundance of patience for people.
Utmost attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, organize and implement.
Strong data and analytics understanding and ability to measure outcomes.
