The Community Relations Manager I reports to the Local Market Exec/Manger and is responsible for supporting the team in executing the local marketu2019s strategy. The CRM I is focused on project management and administrative support including (but not limited to) budget, assets, and reporting. Responsibilities: u2022 Support sponsorship process and events u2013planning and execution u2022 Support various aspects of the companyu2019s charitable giving including research, data entry and communications u2022 Serve as a market liaison to Bank of America Community Volunteers to manage market-driven volunteer activities u2022 Assists with strategically aligning market assets, including events and tickets u2022 Manage incoming on-line applications focusing on timely responses and execution via Cybergrants and Marketscape u2022 Manage budgets u2013 process invoices, maintain current/accurate accounting and reconciliation u2022 Support administrative needs of the team u2022 Serve as a local expert on brand compliance guidelines; i.e. invitations, sponsorships, writing style u2022 Supports internal and external communications by preparing employee communications, newsletters, talking points and social media content. u2022 Coordinate logistics, agenda, materials and follow up items for various meetings and events u2022 Support the local leadership team in building and maintaining civic and community partnerships u2022 Represent the company at local events including evenings and weekends u2022 Responds to unsolicited queries requiring research with executive follow up Required Skills:u00a0 u2022 3-5 years of analytical experience preferably in a high matrix environment u2022 3-5 years of experience working on projects and events u2022 Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities with strong prioritization and time management skills, self-directed, results-oriented u2022 Advanced experience utilizing communications tools such as newsletters, websites, and social media u2022 Advanced computer skills u2013 proficiency in creating decks and working with excel a must u2022 Attention to detailu00a0 u2022 Impeccable organizational and verbal/written communication skills u2022 Strength in collaborating and creativityu00a0 Desired Skills: u2022 Strong understanding of the local community, market geography and dynamics u2022 Strong business acumen u2022 Demonstrated leadership skills u2022 Brand expertise u2022 Familiarity with Cybergrants or granting platforms u2022 Previous public relations experience u2022 Ability to leverage social media to drive brand awareness u2022 Strong understanding of the local non-profit community, such as previous experience with non-profit program management, foundation grant making experience, or leadership roles in a non-profit u2022 Microsoft Project and Publisher u00a0 Enterprise Role Overview: Supports local market to drive revenue growth and brand favorability in local markets. Builds and maintains Community Partnerships, including developing of board strategy and VOC for community needs assessment. Supports the local Market President and Leadership Team. Executes and manages local initiatives, events, projects and fiscal routines to ensure timely and successful completion
