i360, the leading data and technology provider for the pro-free market political and advocacy community, supporting organizations that promote free enterprise and smaller government is seeking a Client Services Manager to help train and support i360 clients. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior experience in either the campaign or non-profit sectors and familiarity with related data and technology. The Client Services Manager is responsible for client onboarding, training and general support for a large clientele. Additionally, the Client Services Manager will be a valued resource in helping to improve customer support and increase overall client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess the following: * Strong written and verbal communication * Ability present and educate a wide-range of audiences * Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills * Attention to detail, sound decision making skills, self-motivated * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment A Day In The Life Typically Includes: * Setup new technology and onboard clients * Conduct in-depth product trainings live or online * Develop training and support materials and fill in neccesary gaps to increase customer knowledge and satisfaction * Provide technical support via online chat * Collaborate closely with accounts teams * Stay current on political issues, campaigns and specific legislative activity What You Will Need: Basic Qualifications: * Pursing or have completed a Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, or communications * 1-3 years of campaign, PAC or issue advocacy experience * Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Position may require up to 10% travel * Position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship What Will Put You Ahead? Preferred Qualifications: * Salesforce experience * CRM software and political technology (i360 is a plus) * Strong computer application skills, including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software Want to learn more about i360?
