Title: Community Relations RepresentativeLocation: Fayetteville, NC and Surrounding AreaPOSITION SUMMARY:The Community Relations Representative will focus on developing sales strategies to maximize admissions. Lead the strategic enhancement of the facilities current book of business. Focus on developing increased partnerships with hospital accounts, physician practices and key health care professionals. Continue to build rapport with current referral sources.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifies and qualifies new business opportunities within hospitals, physician offices, healthcare centers and the local community. Executes a forward moving business development plan to increase market share from current and new referral sources Understands the market landscape through completion of routine competitive analysis. Maintains appropriate and strategic community presence to assist with brand recognition. Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to appropriately manage accounts and increase productivity. Achieve/exceed Key Performance Metrics to include facility budgeted census. Specifically, generate leads, schedule tours, advance the sales process, and meet daily/weekly/monthly goals. Becomes a subject matter and creates high level strategic partnerships with key account decision makers. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. Support best practices by sharing information with other Community Relations Representatives. Works with other internal departments to ensure alignment of company goalsLICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: BachelorÂ's Degree required 3-5 years experience in Healthcare Sales/Marketing or equivalent combination of experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Sales/Marketing experience in Hospice is a PLUS. Must be able to travel on day trips to local health care institutions. Demonstration of the principles of the sales process in the post-acute and assisted living pharmacy environment. Ability to manage a territory, to conduct sales calls and presentations, and to generate new business opportunities. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS outlook.
