Please submit resume and cover letter to Amy Sikes at firstname.lastname@example.org The Communications Coordinator will support marketing and fundraising activities, including at least one annual online fundraising campaign. The Coordinator will work closely with the Development team to create a communications plan that focuses on using social media to drive LFL\u2019s mission and fundraising. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: \u2022In conjunction with the Development team, develop a year-round fundraising communications plan \u2022Research and use online fundraising best practices \u2022Expand LFL\u2019s social media presence \u2022Create engaging social media posts and fundraising campaigns using tools such as Canva and Photoshop \u2022In conjunction with the Development Coordinator, develop and implement a two-month social media communications plan using online engagement best practices to build visibility prior to the launch of a week-long giving campaign at least once per year \u2022Support all events with social media posts and e-newsletters \u2022Measure the impact of all communication efforts and make recommendations for future campaigns \u2022Assist with preparation of the annual report \u2022Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications College degree preferred. Excellent communication, writing, and planning skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a quickly changing and evolving environment. Proficiency with social media tools. Editing and proofreading skills, basic Photoshop and graphic design. Creative problem solving skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency with the internet, spreadsheets, word processing. Ability to understand and follow directions.
