Gore is continuing to develop new and existing capabilities within Sales Operations. Our developing Sales Enablement Center of Excellence (COE) has an opportunity for a Sales Enablement Training Specialist. In this commitment, you will work with the Sales Enablement COE to implement training initiatives across the Enterprise. This position will be aligned with the divisions and enhance the competencies of team members by designing and conducting training programs that will boost Associates\u2019 Salesforce usage in alignment with the organization\u2019s culture and core values. In the future, the commitment could expand to include training associates on sales operations best practices, implementing solutions for increased productivity, customer service and efficiency. Responsibilities: Primary responsibility is to help divisional champions provide and\/or deliver training materials (utilizing existing resources available via Salesforce and\/or creating customized training materials based on business needs). Support divisional champion on training and change management needed for the divisional users. Facilitating training programs for various level of sales and marketing users, using different learning and delivery methods. Creating teaching materials, then roll out these materials as needed. Maintaining training materials and improving current training processes and tools. Maintaining Enterprise library to ensure all Salesforce related training materials are documented, cataloged and updated. Gaining an in-depth knowledge of and provide Salesforce training on specific tasks as needed. Organizing training calendars and provide training logistics assistance to divisional champions and work stream leaders. Becoming a subject matter expert on any changes to Salesforce products and platform, manage\/escalate issues. While aligned with a division, coordinating among the training specialists for best practice sharing, backing-up each other. Mentoring, coaching and training new training specialists. Coordinating feedback and providing user input for continuous improvement. Developing and motivating users by coaching and transferring the knowledge of process and technology techniques. Using key performance indicators to determine training effectiveness and improvements as needed. Analyzing and reporting applicable metrics, training impact, field feedback, user experience and escalations. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Communications, HR, Business Administration, Education or related field Minimum of three years\u2019 experience training sales people on the use of the Salesforce CRM tool Deep understanding of day-to-day sales processes Excellent oral and written communication skills Gore is committed to a drug-free workplace.
