This individual must have strong writing skills and media relations experience, must be highly motivated, and possess the ability to work on a variety of different projects simultaneously while also meeting various deadlines. The successful candidate is expected to: - Understand the general principles and new trends of business and marketing within the communications industry - Have solid research, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to continue developing media contacts/relationships - Possess a fundamental understanding of media outreach assignments and apply experience and initiative in developing appropriate media strategies, pitches, story angles, etc. - Effectively develop a full range of written materials, including press releases, byline articles, speeches, client correspondence, and reports - Assist with the development and execution of personal social media accounts for CEO's and CTO's - Advise the senior leadership team on how to effectively use their social media presence to support the overall goals of their organization This role is onsite and remote, part-time hours, ongoing.
