Reputable Travel/Leisure Company is seeking an energetic and passionate Influencer Marketing Specialist committed to increasing brand engagement by spearheading their influencer outreach program. Influencer Marketing Specialist must build long-term relationships, manage social influencer marketing campaigns and analyze data so that goals are consistently being met. Ideal candidate understands the digital and social media landscape and constantly strives to keep up with the latest trends.

Responsibilities:

-Create a portfolio of influencers by negotiating strong working relationships/contracts with partners (celebrities, web bloggers, social media influencers). Identify talent and grow influencer network across various verticals including travel/leisure, culinary, lifestyle and more.

-Assist in setting direction and strategy for targeting the best talent, managing relationships, and building creative solutions for brand integrations.

-Onboard and oversee the reactivation of influencers and talent in order to maintain and grow your relationships.

-Research new and upcoming influencers as well as established ones; leverage and audit new and existing relationships to further expand your network.

-Assist with outreach to talent agencies aiming to work with influencers they represent, ultimately generating interest in our brands and onboarding their rosters to our network.

-Collaborate with marketing team and other relevant team members on industry events, community outreach, and other initiatives to continue to grow our influencer network.

-Execute influencer campaigns: conceptualization, industry research, internal vetting, outreach, project management, and reporting.

-Collaborate with communications team to create compelling social media content, both from a verbal as well as an image perspective. Assist with brainstorming and storyboarding campaigns through generating creative ideas and writing copy.

-Develop and execute digital marketing channel strategies and tactics for content creation, SEO, social media and more, to achieve the brands digital-focused goals.

-Work with communications team to determine and identify objectives, goals, key performance indicators, strategies and tactics.

-Analyze brand audience, competitors, market and trends to define comprehensive digital strategies across channels. Identify opportunities by collecting and analyzing data through market research, web analytics and other primary and secondary research sources.

-Utilize campaign results, analytics and marketing best practices to optimize digital marketing campaigns to deliver key performance metrics.

-Assist with planning and execution of paid media and media forecasting with the support of digital agency.

-Work closely with the agency to facilitate creative testing, message frequency and sequencing, campaign planning, and overarching optimization strategy.

-Collaborate with the agency partners to compile, analyze and interpret data to identify new marketing strategies, results, and quantifiable business opportunities.

-Develop and maintain experimentation strategy/calendar for digital media.

-Analyze current rankings and SEO performance, perform keyword research, and conduct competitor research to optimize existing content and identify new opportunities to grow organic traffic.

-Target specific customer segments with custom landing pages and content.

-Develop regular SEO reporting to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor's Degree preferably in Communications, Public Relations or Digital Marketing

-Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience establishing relationships with influencers across multiple verticals as well as developing and presenting custom digital solutions within a digital marketing, PR, and/or advertising agency environment.

-Knowledge of the ever-evolving social media landscape including: influencers, platform identification and usage and timely knowledge of trends.

-Data driven marketer, who is results driven and demonstrates analytical approach to marketing. Experience with analytics tools, ad serving platforms, SEO tools (e.g. MOZ, BrightEdge) and attribution modeling is a plus.

-Knowledge of analytics, project management and research software including: Simply Measured, Google Analytics, Google Apps/Drive, Canva, One Drive, Hootsuite, Trello, Asana, Cision, etc.

-Keen interest in all things lifestyle, specifically: travel/leisure, hospitality, cruise, culinary, craft beverage, fashion, design, retail industries and more.

-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak effectively across all levels of business, both internally and externally.

Must have strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and negotiation skills
