Job Summary Customer Quality Manager work with the Customer, Life Cycle Value Stream Managers (LCVSM), Engineering, and Operations to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals. This is accomplished through supporting development of program quality planning and on-going production of legacy products. Job Responsibilities The Customer Quality Manager performs: monitoring, analysis, reporting, and improvement actions to meet or exceed customer goals and expectations. Supports Program Cadence Review Leads Customer Product and Process Reviews Reviews and Evaluates Customer Quality Product Requirement Supports Government and Customer Source Inspections Supports Program Management Review Track Customer Returns Develop, Establish, a drive plans to improve RC Customer performance Drives improvement plans for Customer Satisfaction (Executes Risk & Mitigation Plans) Develop and lead action plans to address systemic customer issues Basic Qualifications Bachelor\u2019s degree in appropriate discipline or in the absence of a degree six years of related experience At Rockwell Collins, we believe a solid work-life balance creates a healthy lifestyle and inspires creativity and innovation.
