Description Insightly is looking for someone who loves to engage customers and is passionate about CRM. After an Insightly customer purchases a Success Plan that\u2019s where you come in. You\u2019ll help ensure customers onboard successfully, adopt and renew with Insightly, You\u2019ll work on a diverse customer portfolio providing each of them with professional, conscientious, and effective service while moving at a fast pace to hit your team goals. Your clients will look at you as their Product Specialist.\u00a0 Desired Skills and Experience Responsible for proactively engaging, educating, training and onboarding clients who purchase an Insightly Essential Success Plan Lead conversations, through phone and email, with trail clients who are new to CRM Host webinars on new Insightly features and the basic elements of our platform Own the relationship with our self-service customers via telephone, online, and chat Actively monitor activation and adoption of Insightly\u2019s core features while limiting dormancy\u00a0 Advocate internally for your clients for feature improvements that solve customers business challenges Maintain an acceptable CSAT rating and renewal rate measured by ARR Work collaboratively with the marketing, product, sales, and customer support teams to develop and promote Insightly initiatives. The ability to advocate for your clients and proactively handle escalations independently Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and execute these transactions. Must be comfortable carrying a quota and the autonomy to perform revenue-generating actions Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent work experience. 1 years of experience in customer success, account management, inside sales, or customer service. Embody a helping approach and a customer service demeanor. Comfortable with learning new technologies and solutions. A self-starter, but also a strong team player, with excellent communication and collaborative skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Outgoing personality with strong relationship skills. A passion for mid-market sized businesses, CRM and most importantly for teaching \/ coaching \/ helping customers and sharing your knowledge. Ability to work on multiple projects at once. A quick learner, even quicker thinker. Comfortable with upselling clients\u00a0 What else?
