Our New York office \u00a0is currently seeking an Account Supervisor. \u00a0The ideal candidate will have experiences with product launches and branded\/unbranded campaigns, consumer health, celebrity partnerships and digital engagement and advocacy relations. The AS is responsible for managing mid-level client relationships and has regular exposure to client senior management, playing a critical role in determining the future and long-term success of dna. Account Supervisors are responsible for all aspects of a client relationship and account team. Responsibilities include recommending programs and activities coordinating with client's goals, effectively delegating projects, offering counsel to team members and allocating agency resources to match client budgets. They are also engaged witj strategic program planning and the development of creative concepts. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining extremely strong interpersonal relationships with day to day clients and internal team members Serving as a primary contact for the day to day client Addressing any issues, trouble shoot problems and provide strategic counsel Knowing industry issues that directly or indirectly affect client business Generating ideas for PR programs, digital initiatives, advocacy, media outreach and pitch efforts Implementing public relations campaigns and events Editing work and providing direction to ensure quality control Attending account reviews and staff meetings - providing ongoing communications and feedback Ensuring that account team members adhere to agency time reporting and financial guidelines Assessing opportunities or challenges on the account and providing solutions\/next steps Keeping an eye on the media landscape and identifying potential opportunities or threats Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 4 years healthcare public relations experience BA or BS Communications or related degree Additional Qualifications: Attention to detail and quality Excellent oral and written business communication skills Flexibility and able to adapt to new directions and assignments Poised and confident with senior clients Can turn ideas into workable plans Capacity to convey ownership of assigned projects to junior team members Can solve conflict Can mobilize and motivate teams Can work independently and as part of a team Aptitude for financial analysis and management Can complete challenging projects within set parameters Exceptional judgment when working with team members, client contacts and vendors Commitment and dedication to the agency's success as well as individual career Can anticipate client and team needs Instill confidence with clients and colleagues dna is proud to be an Equal Opportunity\/Affirmative Action employer. dna recruits qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, age, ethnic or national origin, protected veteran status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status or citizenship status.
