Position Overview:
US eRetail sales are supposed to hit $414B this year. It is a fast-moving sales channel and very important to Coca-Cola. In addition to selling beverages online, Coca-Cola also sells Licensed Merchandise, which includes apparel/accessories, drinkware, collectibles and gift items. These items are currently sold through Coca-Cola licensees worldwide and also on owned eCommerce sites including North America’s Cokestore.com. This position works directly with the licensed merchandise on the Cokestore.com site. Licensed Merchandise was launched on Cokestore.com in November of 2016 with 100 initial SKUs. The site currently sells over 900 SKUs and has added a custom apparel program that enables consumers to design their own tees and hoodies.
This position requires an individual who is very comfortable with merchandising and warehouse systems and can serve as a liaison between the warehouse, the merchandising team and the eCommerce team. The main goal of the position is to optimize the merchandise presence on Cokestore.com, leading to increased sales.
Function Specific Activities:
Specific job responsibilities include the following:
Product Set Up
Works with merchandising team to understand product details and manages product detail sheet process
Researches pricing and assortment in WinRetail
Sets up products in Magento
Adds products to appropriate catalogs
Sources images
Confirms copy with compliance as needed
Manage photo shoots with warehouse and agency
Daily Inventory Check
Checks inventory reports to determine any issues
Creates transfer requests as needed
Addresses any manual inventory changes in Magento
Merchandise the Site (20%)
Review product categories to ensure that product is visually merchandised properly
Create product categories for promotions and events
Create monthly site reporting
(10%)

• Inventory trends
Execute Merchandise Planning as suggested by Planners
Optimizing assortment – adding/removing categories and items
Executing pricing changes
